Through personal stories, the crew members share their struggles with social stigma, childhood adversity, and doubts about women’s suitability for firefighting—a field traditionally dominated by men. Despite these challenges, the Juliet Crew demonstrates resilience, teamwork, and passion to protect nature and confront the escalating threat of wildfires and climate change.
